Walking, bicycling, kayaking…all on island time! Accessible by car via a road built through a salt marsh with lovely Mystery Bay at the heart of the island. Look here for roadside farm and flower stands, a winery and artists' works. With the feel of an old coastal village, you'll find current goings-on posted on the Nordland Store bulletin board!

Nordland General Store: 1920-era, wood floors, wood stove and front porch overlooking lovely Mystery Bay.

Fort Flagler State Park: A 784-acre marine and camping park, lighthouse, trails, miles of walkable saltwater shoreline, 19th-century historic military fort buildings (map).

East Beach County Park: Kitchen shelter with stone fireplace, beach and panoramic Cascade Mountain view.

Mystery Bay State Park:  Pocket park with dock, picnic tables, swimming and boat ramp. Great kayaking in the bay! (map)

Mystery Bay Goat Farm: Award-winning goat cheeses like chevre and ricotta. Call for tours of this goat dairy farm.

Marrowstone Vineyards: Beautiful vineyard and winery with an art gallery displaying works by local artists.
